Alan Houser is the founder of Squareflair. He is a web design veteran— designing websites and web apps professionally, since 2000.
Today, Alan serves as Creative Director, UI Designer and Project Manager on all Squareflair projects. Alan is crazy about music, coffee and sharing thoughts on Twitter and Instagram.
Helping organizations articulate, document and translate the personality and values of their brands into attractive design solutions is what motivates Alan. He enjoys partnering with client leadership to dive deep into what makes their work, product or offering unique, and turning that research into meaningful creative solutions that drive results.
OUR HISTORY
2005 / Creative Component LLC launched an everything-to-everyone studio, offering print design, graphic design, logos, branding, web and more.
2009 / Squareflair was born from a need to focus on creating successful digital products for our Squarespace clients. This focus was pivotal to our growth as one of the leading Squarespace design firms.

No. The reason we love Squarespace is the same exact reason you love Squarespace— because you can manage all of the content yourself WITHOUT HAVING A COMPUTER ENGINEERING DEGREE.
When designing and building sites, we build EVERY SINGLE AREA to be maintained by you, using all the built-in content tools (“Blocks”) provided by Squarespace.
